Hello
I’m Elisabeth, I live in Devon, and I'm passionate about providing holistic, compassionate support for you and your baby.

My own feeding journey opened my eyes to the lack of support available here in the South West. That experience inspired me to delve into the world of feeding, and I now have the honour of working both independently and within a local infant team.

I focus on identifying the root causes of feeding challenges and creating a personalised, achievable plan that works for both you and your baby. While I don't perform tongue tie divisions, I offer ongoing, wraparound support and can help guide you toward the most appropriate next steps and referrals if needed.

I am currently undergoing Tongue Tie Assessor training, as well as further education towards becoming an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant).
My 'why'
After a turbulent start to feeding with my first baby, I developed a deep passion for improving local feeding support services. We’re fortunate to have some brilliant peer support groups and wonderfully active Facebook communities here in the South West. But as helpful as these resources are, there’s still a significant gap when it comes to holistic tongue tie and oral function support.

NHS tongue tie services can be excellent for families who meet the specific criteria. However, they often fall short for those in the grey area—families whose babies show different symptoms, or who aren’t ready to pursue division right away.

This led me down a deep (and ongoing!) rabbit hole of learning—exploring the nuances of tongue ties, oral tension, and the complexity of oral function as a whole. The mouth is where so much begins: feeding, breathing, speech… so why is it so often overlooked?

My mission is to change that—to help families feel seen, supported, and empowered with the information and care they need, right from the start.
