I focus on getting to the root of feeding challenges and creating a plan that feels realistic for you and your baby. I offer wraparound support and can guide you towards the right options and referrals for tongue tie divisions if needed.

During your session, we’ll gently explore your feeding journey so far—including pregnancy, birth, and those important early days. ​

Together, we’ll look at personalised strategies to support your feeding goals, and if your baby shows signs of tension or low tone, we’ll go through some gentle exercises to help.

What follow up is there?
Most families will benefit from an in person follow up appointment a couple of weeks after their initial appointment. In some instances this may not be necessary, and we can play it by ear.
